Corporate Party Entertainment Across Dublin
Dublin is home to some of the best corporate event venues in Europe and we have set up our games at many of them. Whether you are hosting a conference at the Convention Centre Dublin, a gala dinner at Croke Park, an awards ceremony at the Guinness Storehouse, or a company party at the Aviva Stadium, our equipment and team are built to perform in large scale, high profile venues.
We regularly work with event planners and corporate clients who need entertainment that matches the quality of the venue. Our games are not cheap fairground equipment. They are purpose built, professionally finished and fully brandable. When your guests walk into a room and see an 8 lane giant Scalextric track lit up and ready to race, it sets the tone for the whole evening.
Why Dublin Event Planners Choose MiniRacing
There are a few local entertainment companies in Dublin, but most of them don’t specialise in what we do. We have been building and operating our own games for over 30 years, and that experience shows in the quality of the equipment and the way our team runs an event.
Here is what makes us different for Dublin clients. First, every game comes with a professional event host. These are not just operators who press a button. They are experienced entertainers who keep the energy up, run structured competitions and get your guests involved from the first race to the last. Second, all of our equipment is designed and built in house. That means it is reliable, it looks premium and it can be fully branded with your company colours and logos. Third, we handle everything. We travel from the UK, deliver to your Dublin venue, set up, run the event and pack down afterwards. Your event planner or internal team does not need to manage a thing on the day.
Dublin Venues We Have Worked With
We have delivered party entertainment to Dublin venues of all sizes, from intimate hotel suites to exhibition halls holding over a thousand guests. Some of the most popular Dublin venues our clients book us for include:
The Convention Centre Dublin on the North Wall Quay is one of our most frequent Dublin setups. Its large open spaces and excellent loading access make it ideal for our bigger games. Croke Park is another favourite, particularly for large corporate conferences and awards evenings where our Scalextric tracks become the main attraction during drinks receptions. We have also set up at The Guinness Storehouse for product launches, The Westin Dublin (now College Green Hotel) for gala dinners, Clayton Hotel Burlington Road for sales conferences, The RDS for exhibitions and trade shows, and the Aviva Stadium for corporate hospitality events.
If your venue is not on this list, that is not a problem. We can set up almost anywhere with a standard power socket and enough floor space. Send us your venue details and we will confirm everything fits.
Entertainment for Exhibitions and Trade Shows in Dublin
Dublin hosts some major exhibitions and trade shows throughout the year, and our games are perfectly suited to drawing footfall to your stand. If you have ever walked around an expo and noticed one stand with a massive crowd around it, there is a good chance they had an interactive game running.
Our 2 lane Scalextric track was designed specifically for exhibition stands. It is compact enough to fit in a standard 3m x 3m booth but eye catching enough to stop people walking past. For larger stands, our 8 lane track or UFO reaction game create a real spectacle that pulls people in from across the hall. All of our exhibition games can be fully branded with your company logo, campaign messaging and event colours.
We have set up at exhibitions at the RDS, the Convention Centre Dublin, and various hotel conference centres across the city. If you are exhibiting at a Dublin trade show and want to stand out from the competition, get in touch and we will put together a package that works for your stand size and budget.
How Booking Works for Dublin Events
Booking us for a Dublin event is straightforward. We handle all the logistics of getting our equipment from the UK to your venue in Dublin, including ferry crossings and transport. Here is how it typically works:
You get in touch with your event details. We need the basics: date, venue, rough guest numbers and what kind of event it is. We will then recommend the best games for your group and provide a quote. The quote includes everything from transport and delivery to setup, hosting and removal. There are no hidden extras.
On the day, our team arrives at your venue with plenty of time to set up and test everything before your guests arrive. We run the entertainment for the agreed duration and pack down once it is finished. Most of our Dublin events run for 2 to 4 hours of game time, but we are flexible and can work around your schedule.
For Dublin bookings, we recommend getting in touch at least 6 to 8 weeks ahead of your event. During busy periods like the Christmas party season from October to December, Dublin dates fill up fast so earlier is always better.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge extra for Dublin delivery?
There is a travel supplement for Dublin events to cover the ferry crossing and transport from the UK. We include this in your quote upfront so there are no surprises. Many of our Dublin clients find that even with the travel cost, our service is competitive with local providers because of the quality of equipment and hosting we bring.
What kind of power do you need?
All of our games run off standard domestic plug sockets. No generators or special power supplies needed. We bring our own extension leads and everything else required.
Can you set up at any venue in Dublin?
In most cases, yes. Our equipment is designed to fit through standard doorways and lifts. We have set up in hotel ballrooms, conference centres, exhibition halls, restaurants and even outdoor marquees. If you are unsure about your venue, send us the floor plan or dimensions and we will confirm.
How much space do the games need?
Our 8 lane Scalextric track needs about 6m x 3m of operational space. The UFO reaction game is roughly 4m x 4m. We can advise on the exact requirements for any combination of games once we know your venue.
Do you cover events outside Dublin?
Yes. While Dublin is our most popular Irish destination, we also travel to Cork, Galway, Belfast, Limerick and other locations across Ireland. Just let us know where your event is and we will work out the logistics.
