Forget joysticks and buttons. Our giant Space Invaders arcade machine is played standing up, using a floor-standing dance mat.
Players step left and right to control the cannon, and stomp to fire. It’s a fresh take on a retro classic, and it does what you’d
hope a large games machine does – turn heads and pull a crowd. It’s one of our own builds, designed and made in-house.

Players control the iconic spaceship using simple, intuitive movements. Stepping on the dance mat moves the cannon across the bottom
of the screen, dodging the descending aliens. A firm stomp on the mat fires the laser. Games last between two and five minutes,
which keeps the queue moving and encourages repeat play. It’s designed for one or two players at a time, offering head-to-head
competition or collaborative gameplay.

Will it fit through a standard doorway?

The machine disassembles for transport. While it’s large when built, all components will fit through standard access points. Our
team handles all the build and breakdown.

Do we need to provide event staff

Not necessarily. We can provide trained event staff to run the game if required. It’s an optional extra, dependent on your event
needs.

What kind of floor does it need?

The machine needs a level, flat floor. It can be used indoors, or under solid cover to protect it from the weather.

How long does setup take?

Allow around 45 minutes for our team to build the machine, and about the same time to take it down. We handle everything.

Can we change the game on it?

No. It’s fixed as Space Invaders. The attraction is the familiar gameplay, combined with the unique control method.

What happens if something goes wrong?

It rarely does, but our team are on standby throughout your event to resolve any technical issues quickly. It’s one of our own
builds, and we look after our equipment.
