No matter where your event is, the service is the same. We handle all the logistics including transport, loading, setup and removal. How many games do I need for my event? For groups of up to 40 people, one or two games usually works well. For groups of 50 or more, we would suggest three or more so there is always something available and nobody is left waiting around. We are happy to advise based on your specific numbers and schedule.

Can you set up at our office? Yes. Our games are designed to be portable and fit through standard doorways. They run off normal domestic plug sockets so no generator is needed. We set up in offices, hotels, conference centres, restaurants and outdoor spaces regularly.

How much space do we need? It varies by game but as a rough guide, our Giant Scalextric track needs an operational area of about 6m x 3m. We can advise on the space needed for any combination of games once we know what you are interested in.

How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead where possible. The Christmas party season from October to December fills up quickly so book early for those dates. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice bookings so it is always worth getting in touch.

Can we add company branding to the games? Yes. Our Scalextric tracks, crash barriers and perimeter skirts can all be branded with your company logo and colours. We can also create custom leaderboards and signage. This is especially popular for product launches and client facing events.

Do you provide everything? Everything. We bring the games, the hosts, the sound equipment, the scoring systems and anything else needed to run the event. All you need to provide is the venue, the people and ideally a competitive spirit.
